Valentini was established in 2009 by a family of Italian immigrants, Rossano Valentini and Mildred Valentini. In 2012, they arrived in Miraflores and opened this Italian café-restaurant, where we prioritize maintaining Italian tradition in our dishes, atmosphere, and service. In 2019, we won an Italian award for the best and most authentic Italian restaurant in Lima because, unlike other restaurants that merge with Peruvian cuisine, we maintain Italian originality and authenticity in all our products. We are proud to have the CORNETTONE, the largest viral chrysanthemum in Peru.
