The Museum's gastronomic offering is a tribute to the Andean farmer and to pre-Hispanic nutritional concepts and practices, which according to what we know today, exceeded the highest contemporary scientific knowledge. Our proposal implies a reuse not only of these traditional practices, but also of the native Andean inputs as a result of thousands of years of care of our ancestors.
My friend and I spent a lovely afternoon lunching here, enjoying the delicious food and wonderful storytelling with interesting wine pairings! The waitstaff, ambiance and food were all wonderful!
