Our own-brand restaurant was established approximately 1 year and 4 months ago, but we've already had 3 years and 5 months of experience in the industry. It was a venture born with the idea of sharing dishes with our grandparents' recipes with our customers. Our specialty is pork a la caja china, so you can enjoy this excellent meat without having to leave Lima and go to Pachacamac or Cieneguilla. You can enjoy it at our restaurant in its different presentations: with sweet potato, with chaufa, with fettuccine huancaína, with tacu tacu, wood-fired chicken, appetizers such as BBQ wings, in passion fruit sauce, tequeños stuffed with wood-fired chicken and cheddar cheese, house causa, Angus cuts of beef, grilled meat, lomo saltado, among other dishes.
