Navegante was born from the creativity of the Project Director, Chef Diego Muñoz. Throughout his more than 25 years of culinary and gastronomic knowledge, he has accumulated endless experiences. The purpose of said space is to create and transmit gastronomy, covering stories and concepts experienced by the chef throughout the world. Signature cuisine is defined as the adaptability of a chef to convert the ingredients around him into a complete culinary experience, in this case and taking all the experience of the Chef, Navegante seeks to recreate and transmit these moments through dishes, cocktails and desserts that go hand in hand with their experiences. Thus creating dishes and drinks with ingredients that tell a story, that have a designation of origin and where sustainability plays a crucial role. Thus minimizing the environmental impact, supporting local commerce, and giving life to a gastronomy without borders.
