Godelieve, a French national with a passion for the world of wine, carefully selects the different wines from the cellar to pair with the glasses and dishes, enhancing the flavors on the taste buds. Andrée is the cornerstone of the Contraste trio, manager and leader of the dining room team and the entire team.
