"A trip through the Nordic countries, added to a love for coffee, made Architect Olenka Marquina begin to dream of creating a different coffee shop. In 2018, this plan was developed, starting with the search for a specialty coffee, managing to achieve a blend that differs from what the market offers. Not only for its attractive flavor and the experience of enjoying a coffee, but also for the way it is served. It all started in January 2019, and continued year after year, accompanying the cravings and tastes of our diners, who delight themselves very early starting with breakfast, or ending the day in a fun after or ce with a refreshing summer red wine. Lynch Café para Volar is today a bistro that transmits its essence in everything it entails: inspiration, creativity, energy and passion, reflected in our different cozy environments that awaken all the senses of those who visit us."
