The limo pepper is an essential ingredient of ceviche. It inspired us to create LIMO, Peruvian pisco bar & kitchen, a modern dining proposal with emphasis on marine products including tiraditos and ceviches; our sushi bar, an exponent of the Japanese Peruvian food; and our famous fried rice as some of our most representative dishes.
